Jill is a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience. Her approach is characterized by the blending of a “non-judgmental, compassionate, and hopeful” stance, extensive experience and high-level clinical training.

- Parkinson’s Advocacy: A featured speaker at recent Parkinsons Conferences, she addresses the unique mental health and relational challenges faced by those living with the disease.
- Caregiver Support: A presenter at the 2025 Caregiver Conferences providing vital tools for resilience, grief processing, and navigating the emotional toll of long-term caregiving.
Leadership & Mentorship
Jill’s role extends beyond the therapy room into the development of the next generation of clinicians:
- Group Practice Leadership: Jill developed her private practice from a staff of 1 to 15; has been on plan and off plan with insurance; has learned how to move from marketing in the 90s to website and online presence requirements, leveraging her Business Management Essentials certification from eCornell.
- Supervision: As a supervisor and consultant, Jill finds joy and satisfaction mentoring therapists and supporting their development as successful licensed professionals.
- Consultation Groups: Currently offering online small-group consultations for licensed therapists specifically focused on Couples Therapy.
- NYS Office of Professions Ethical Practice: 10-year veteran of the NYS Education Department Ethics Committee, now provides consultation for disciplinary cases.
