Efrain earned his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Syracuse University. Efrain is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 19 years of clinical experience. He also provides clinical services at Liberty Resources Integrated Health Care-Behavioral Health. Efrain is Bilingual, providing therapy in both English and Spanish.
Efrain works with individuals 18 and over and couples. His clinical work is a client-centered therapeutic approach, grounded in experiential and systemic theory. Collaboratively with clients, Efrain assists in transforming how people process their emotional experience and their patterns of interaction. Focus is placed on creating new and healthier emotional experiences, which in turn, helps in the development of how one experiences self and communicates with others.
At this time, Efrain offers virtual therapy sessions, via phone or video, exclusively. He is in-network with a few insurances for individual mental health treatment.
