I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University’s MFT program. As part of my training, I am gaining hands-on clinical experience at Alkira under the supervision of Natasha Ramroop Walker, where I work with individuals, couples, and families to foster growth and healing.
I am deeply passionate about supporting children in developing emotional regulation, strengthening communication skills, and building healthier relationships. I have completed intensive training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, which allows me to connect with children in a developmentally appropriate and therapeutic way.
I am equally committed to helping couples strengthen their relationships by breaking negative patterns, navigating life’s challenges, deepening intimacy, and enhancing communication. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and integrate principles of the Gottman Method into my work.
In addition, I have specialized training in working with families impacted by complex trauma. I value trust, collaboration, and empathy as essential elements of the therapeutic process and am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My approach is client-centered, meeting each client where they are while holding space for life’s hardships and guiding them through processing emotions and finding healing.
I see clients both in-office and virtually, Monday through Wednesday.
